The concept of epiphany is to give you some useful plugins out of the
box. But in Ubuntu the graphical installer doesnt allow the installtion
of epiphany-extensions, which could sanely be installed by default. As
epiphany doesnt give the user installation via web like Firefox it
propably means most users wont get things like adblocking with GNOMEs
defalt browser.
