Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-netstatus-applet
After resuming, my wired network often fails to get an IP address
through DHCP, but the icon still looks like it has connected
successfully. When I look at Connection Information, it says the IP
address is 0.0.0.0.
I'm running on Ubuntu 7.10, kernel 2.6.22-14-generic with:
network-manager v0.6.5-0ubuntu16.7.10.0
network-manager-gnome v0.6.5-0ubuntu11~7.10.0
gnome-netstatus-applet v2.12.1-1ubuntu1
** Affects: gnome-netstatus (Ubuntu)
