Public bug reported:
Affects: ekiga (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
Upgraded from Breezy to Dapper 6.06,
Kernel 2.6.15-19-386,
Senston is the name of the webcam (only thing written on it).
It's a night cam with 6 led's inside & a light sensor, if that makes any
difference?
Webcam seems to work fine with Wengo Phone (not fully tested in call yet, but
it displays fine in preference's), but 9 times out of 10 fully locks up the
computer when used with Ekiga.
Everything completely locks up & I have to do a hard shutdown by holding down
the power button, before I can use the computer again.
dmesg output when attached to comp..

Not too sure how to go about de-bugging it, with having to restart
everytime.
