Yes, but screensaver is disabled. Also i am seeing right now that i have completely disabled both, monitor shutdown and screensaver.
Did that with my user account and gnome-power-preferences and setting both scalebars to Never. But it still shutdown the monitor, in aprox. 20 minutes. sudo gnome-power-preferences show that the root has it in 40 minutes and no screensaver. I didnt change it.
