The description is not clear no, could you try if you get the issue using a stock user? Then describe what change you do to the screensaver configuration and the powermanager one to get the issue? There is several softwares that can change the screen mode and your descriptions don't make easy to determine which one. The way things are configured usually is that the screensaver should start after a delay, the powermanager after an higher one and the player inhibit the screensaver which block those. It seems that you managed to configured it in a way which is not handled correctly but the description doesn't describe clearly which one. Could you list the exact change you do to a stock account to get there?
