I checked both patents 6,061,061 and 5,583,984 and in both cases the description is the same. In the abstract of both patents they always remark about opening TEMPORARY Windows. That's not our case from my point of view. We could just left open all our windows, so they wouldn't be temporal. In both patents they don't say nothing about making the same action as clicking buttons while dragging an object over it.
