I have a GNOME that starts ony compiz or metacity. All desktops are black and
Gnome will configure the network and start firefox and thunderbird (my session
applications) but will not start the bar with the applications. This
applications start on the entire screen and i can use them and switch between
with CTRL-TAB but there are no panels and no desktop!
It is still not working right, not even with a new user. Any workaround
or bug fix on this?
I have the very latest hardy on AMD64.
