at least in windows it works like this click #select 1 shift-click #select batch between 1 and this click Ctrl-click #select another while keeping above selection shift-ctrl-click #select second batch between last ctrl-click and this one while keeping first selection At least for my setup the last click just ignores the shift, and selects only the clicked, so I end up with click to shift-click, plus ctrl-click, plus shift-ctrl-click and I wanted click to shift-click plus ctrl-click _to_ shift-ctrl-click -- Regards, Groeten, etc...
