I think there is also a gtk+2.0 bug here. The strings are marked as translatable in the totem.ui file in the source; the upstream .po files include translations of these strings; and the strings are even *present* in /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/totem.mo. But when running totem under LANG=es_ES.UTF-8, while most of the interface is localized, the options under Edit->Preferences->Network are not, despite the translations being available. Surely this is a gtk bug, not an intltool bug since intltool doesn't affect the runtime lookup of translations?
