Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

upgraded from 7.10 to 8.04 beta with ATI drivers and X-session, got
warning something was not loading and in conflict. i had system startup
sounds but no sounds on rhythembox, plus my icon theme failed to load.

it then crashed the session and locked up with a black screen and the
x-session.

i was able to startup with the gnome fail-safe session and all my icons
are back and music does now play but i lost compuz cube.

i am a straight linux NB and do not know how to fix or get much more
info unless i walked step by step.

thanks
