Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I am using newest Ubuntu Hardy.
When user is trying to set time through clock applet (on top panel), he gets a
confusing dialog - there is button "Set system time..." which is actually
looking like it is supposed to run another dialog with time settings. It is not
clear enough for the first time how is this dialog working. There is also no
choice to let the time to be synchronized through ntp (which will lead to
confusion of user, that there is no such choice in Ubuntu).
Date & time could also be changed through time-admin, which, at least for me,
looks much more straightforward. It appears to me, that there is no reason to
have two different dialogs for the same thing.
** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
Importance: Low
Status: Invalid
