I reproduced this bug on two computers on Hardy beta with all updates.
When I mount a luks encrypted partition using cryptsetup, (/dev/mapper/*
in /etc/fstab), no icon appears for the new drive. Instead of having a
standard drive icon, it has a blank sheet of paper (see attached
screenshot). I believe that ubuntu does not know which icon to choose
because the device is mounted from /dev/mapper/* which is a loop and not
a real device.
gnome-mount is probably not the good package for this bug, might have to
be changed.
