Public bug reported:

Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
After changing the icon theme from the gnome theme manager, nautilus
keeps using previous theme icons for "Home" and "Computer" on the
toolbar. To make it use the correct icons you need to kill and restart
it.

Step to reproduce this:
1. start gnome
2. go to System -> Preferences -> Theme
3. click Theme Details button
4. choose Icons tab and select a different theme (e.g. GNOME)

Expected results:
All Nautilus icons to change to match the selected theme.

Actual results:
while all the other icons change to match the selected themes, Computer and
Home icons on the toolbar do not.

Perhaps it is somewhat related to #35687?
