Confirmed. A possible workaround should be the following: 1. Download http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/launchpad-integration/ 2. Install this package manually with the following commands: sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i 3. sudo apt-get -f install or sudo apt-get upgrade
