In the "Current Session" tab of the session preferences, Nautilus is listed
with the plain "nautilus" command, which certainly should open a window. I
assume that Nautilus is initially launched with a certain parameter (since no
window appears) and that parameter probably should be used for the session
restart command if that's possible. My gnome-volume-manager is listed with
"--sm-disable", so it seems to be possible.
