You have been subscribed to a public bug:

1. Boot from Ubuntu 7.10 CD.
2. Select "Boot from Harddrive"
3. Boot Ubuntu normally

When the system is up, there is an extra icon on the desktop with the CD
(ie: a duplicate of the mounted CD).

When Ubuntu CD is ejected, the duplicate item remains.
Tried to delete, and got error message "Cannot unmount volume"

Properties says "Volume /"
