Sweden isn't that small, I'm sure. GNOME Clock is based on cities (or whatever, if you specify your own longitude/latitude), but the installer only asks about the nearest capital city (I assume it lists large cities in nations where there's more than one timezone).
It would do me no good to know what the weather is like in London, for instance, even though that's what timezone I selected - Europe/London.
