Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Since the upgrade to Ubuntu 8.04rc Evolution (2.22.1-0ubuntu3) and
gconfd (gconf2 2.22.0-ubuntu3) occasionally start eating up all
available CPU time. Once they started doing this, they wont stop (at
least not within a few hours) on their own. Forcing Evolution into
"offline" mode, stops them from wasting CPU time. I can then even allow
Evolution to "work online" again and CPU usage is low.

Here I use Evolution to connect to a MS Exchange server (OWA) as well a
gmail (IMAP). I don't let Evolution store the passwords.

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
