@act0, have you tried nls=cp949,utf8 as mount option for your MS Windows 
partition? The option does conversion for iocharset between ko_KR.EUC-KR and 
ko_KR.UTF-8 so that you don't need to login your Ubuntu machine with 
ko_KR.EUC-KR to begin with.

If this is not your case, please specify which program(s) you use to see files 
with euc-kr name. I am also looking forward to hear your answer soon. :)
