If "dim display when idle" is enabled, and the display's intensity is manually
(using Fn+keys)set to dimmed, AND computer is idle, then Ubuntu dims it a litle
bit more, but whhen computer is used again, it does not restore the dimmed
level, but instead increases brightness lot.
