Binary package hint: xorg-driver-fglrx
Hi,
Im using a laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon X600SE and the fglrx
driver in Ubuntu Edgy.
When i 'enable' the fglrx driver with it's direct-rendering, OpenOffice
has severe issues with artifacts / 'screen updates'. For instance, when
i am working in some Writer document and move the left or right 'margin'
bar/button to different positions, I get a lot of vertical lines on my
screen which don't dissapear until i scroll the page up and down.
This is very annoying :)
