Take a laptop with a fresh Ubuntu Hardy Heron install > set one or more
locations > disconnect the internet > press clock tab = clock tab button
animation remains indented, and all panels totally freeze.
CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE does not fix. A full reboot is required. I discovered
this on the train yesterday. I have a fresh install of Hardy. I have one
location set. It all works fine until I am no longer connected to the
internet. Generally when I am not on the net I turn my wireless card
off. Could be something to do with this, but I don't see why.
I can show screenshots of this if anyone wants to see.
