Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does
not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to
a question in the support tracker.

>From the error message that it presented, you should try to run "sudo
dpkg --configure -a" in the terminal to rectify your problem.

If that doesn't work, please reply with what the output of that command
is.
