Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evince
evince is standard-installed by ubuntu-desktop.
With this configuration, my system does not display any PDFs
(application loads properly, correct page amount is showed, but grey
background on all pages).
Replacing evince with evince-gtk fixes the problem.
Configuration:
- driver: intel
- graphics: Intel 915GM
- monitor setup: occurs in LCD+VGA and LCD only (virtual screen size 2048x2048,
xrandr-controlled)
Expected:
ubuntu-desktop should depend on evince-gtk on my system / evince should report
an error and suppose installing evince-gtk
