Some tests on amd64 Delay with 2.6.24-14: yes
Delay with 2.6.22-14: (only emergency console 800x600): yes Delay with 2.6.22-14 after install NVIDIA-Driver-pkg.sh hardly: NO! The powermanager does not affect these, but the kernel and maybe video driver does on amd64. P.S. I' must use 2.6.22 on hardy cause of the hosed network printing.......
