Description:
Trying to add an LDAP address book fails. The "OK" button is always
grayed out, and can never be clicked even with all the required
information correctly entered.
Also, clicking on the "personal" address book
Clicking on "properties"
Selecting "Mark folder as default"
then immediatly grays out the "OK" button, and the change cannot be made.
