Likewise, capplets-data failed to install because "scrollkeeper" failed to
install.
Thus the original problem is with scrollkeeper. Here is another bug report with
more information:

A fix has been incorporated upsteam and will be included in the next updates
for scrollkeeper. In the meantime, you can delete the offending file as a
workaround.
Since you probably don't care about Greek help for Blackjack, it is safe to
remove with the following command:
"sudo rm /usr/share/gnome/help/blackjack/el/blackjack.xml"
After updating and upgrading again, the problem should be resolved.
