You have been subscribed to a public bug: The problem appeared after upgrade to Hardy.
When I am trying to open a http url in terminal (right mouse button -> Open Link), an error window appears, saying (for example): Could not open the address "http://0.0.0.0:8080/": There was an error launching the default action command associated with this location. Other url types work fine (like file:///blah-blah). When I am trying to open a http url in other programs (Pidgin), nothing happens at all. ** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- http urls cannot be opened in gnome https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/226153 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-terminal in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
