+ that's a stable update from upstream, there is no launchpad bug known to be
fixed there though so the testcase is to make sure the clock applet still works
correctly, things to try:
+ - add some locations
+ - click on the set button next to the locations to change you timezone and
make sure /etc/timezone and the clock are correctly updated
+ - look if the locations lists, the tasks etc are still correct

* Fix internal handling of locations to not create new locations all
the time. As a side-effect, this fixes the location not being
