@Pajarraco: This bug has been marked a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/212098 That bug correctly identifies
the problem. The problem isn't that you can't create shares, it's that
when you go to create the share initially, you should be prompted to log
out and then back in again. In stead you are simply thrown an error
message that is not applicable to the situation.
