You can reproduce this if you drag & drop two items from one menu to
another without waiting for the refresh which needs about 1 second. With
"refresh" I mean: view changes to the menu where the item was moved to.
For example if I move an item from menu "wine" to menu "games" the list
on the right side changes to "games". If you don't wait until this
change happens but move another item from "wine" to "games" this crash
report appears. Maybe you have to try this procedure a few times to
force this problem.
