I am running a fully up to date 32 bit version of Hardy, 4/12/08.
When I shut down or restart I get text regarding Network Manager, then
the splash appears without a working progress bar.
I can confirm that my screen resolution is correct and that I have the
new usplah screen.
On startup the splash and the progress bar work perfectly. I only have
the problem with shutdown or restart.
