This is the window list. So, here's what happens:
1. My cursor is on the panel (eg, because i was switching windows)
2. I want to move the cursor somewhere else
3. I often put my finger on the lower right hand corner of the pad.
4. The trackpad thinks i'm scrolling
5. windows flash wildly
The issue is that this scroll isn't as reversible as scrolling in a text
document or something.
