Binary package hint: vinagre
Vinagre is unable to connect to a server that works with xvncviewer.
I enter the IP and the port (which is 1) and I immediately get a message
saying: "Connection to host <ip> was closed."
The server works with xvncviewer.
As far as I can figure out, the host program that is responsible for the
connection is called the following and called with the following
arguments:
Xvnc4 :1 -desktop <some url (removed)> -auth /home/Derre/.Xauthority
-geometry 1024x768 -depth 24 -rfbwait 30000 -rfbauth
/home/Derre/.vnc/passwd -rfbport 5901 -pn -fp
