Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

If I enter the URL of a C source file, I get a dialog saying "You can
open “foo.c” using “Text Editor” or save it.", if I enter the URL of a
TeX source file and the server answers with the (invalid) MIME type
"application/x-tex", I get "You have no application able to open
“foo.tex”. You can download it instead." Since these are plain text
files, it would be really useful if it was possible to simply display
them as plain text if the user wants to have a quick glance without
launching an external program. The interface could give the choice for
files of type text/* at least.
