Sunrise and sunset times should be in the local time format. Hovering
over the weather icon component of the clock on the panel displays
detailed current weather conditions. I'm using a 12-hour am/pm format,
so sunrise and sunset should read 6:27am and 8:57pm. Instead they read
6:27 and 20:57.
