As you can see in the attached screenshot, the clock applet is showing
the incorrect time (should be showing 19:10, not 18:10), even with all
the correct configurations.
This happens after an upgrade to 8.04 from 7.10. I've tried re-
installing, keeping the same /home folder as it was, but the problem
remains.
