Opening gnome-language-selector brings up a list of installed language packages
that extends with each call to the tool.
Trying to install a language pack brings up a dialog:
The language support is not installed completely
Some translations or writing aids available for your chosen languages are not
installed yet. Do you want to install them now?

Choosing Install brings up an error dialog:
Could not apply changes!
Fix broken packages first.
[Close]
