Upstream, grrr. I've added a few of my scripts to the Registry but it is a crappy system and not worth the effort on my part, especially since i mention it regularly on the user lists when people ask about photoshop.
If you really think Ubuntu is not interested in this then fair enough go ahead and close this request. The inability to assign shortcuts for these scripts substantially cripples the advantage of using them.
