Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

The help system when tying to open a help topic reports that the
corresponding xml file is invalid. This happens with *all* help topics.

For example when I tried to access the "Files, Folders and Documents"
topic a message appeared stating: "Unable to load page. The requested
URI "file:///usr/share/gnome/help/files-and-docs/C/files-and-docs.xml"
is invalid".

The version of Ubuntu is 8.04
The version of yelp is 2.22.1-0ubuntu2 (as reported by "apt-cache policy yelp"
