When you download a file using firefox (.avi, .pdf, .cbr... anything
that can have a thumnbail, say "file.avi") it creates two files on your
desktop: file.avi and file.avi.part.
The second is deleted when the download is complete, but the first won't
get a thumbnail unless you rename it to something else.
