When you insert a DVD containing a .gif image and you right-click and
open it with F-spot and choose to do a slideshow, (the screen may get
fuzzy from the dissolve effect) but after closing the program, the
CD/DVD tray no longer opens. Ubuntu says the DVD cannot be unmounted and
also does not return any error details.
