When capslock is set, hex letters can not be typed. This appears to be a
decision based on shortcut keys being assigned to Shift-A, etc. Some
users may naturally try to type these characters in all caps since that
is the way they are often represented, even in gcalc itself. The
shortcut keys should be changed to avoid confusing users.
