Sorry, there are no specific steps: I installed the relevant updates via automatic update system, reboot and evolution did not start, the mouse curser shows the clock shortly ...and that´s it.
Today I did an additional update. Same situation, but the fire fox browser does not start too! Sorry about my poor informations, but I am an anaware user only. I guessed the report shows you all datas.
