In Ubuntu Hardy Heron AMD64, the trash bin icon shows that the trash bin is
empty, although the trash bin is full.
Also the trash cannot be emptied.
There is a workaround: open the Gnome terminal, go to
"/home/<username>/.local/share/Trash/files".
Type: "sudo rm -Rf *" and press ENTER. This will delete ALL files AND folders
AT ONCE.
Then go to "/home/<username>/.local/share/Trash/info" and just delete
the files in there. This does not require any special action.
