Seems that we've got a winner: disabling "Exchange Operations" solves the 
problem.

Actually, I've got another problem after this disabling, but it has maybe 
nothing to do with this bug... Here is the trick: When I create an address book 
without "Exchange Operations", it says:
"Cannot open this address book. Check that path 
~/.evolution/addressbook/local/[EMAIL PROTECTED] exists and that you have 
access rights." As this has been translated from french, the english text is 
maybe somehow different. Then when I try to add contacts to this address book 
or delete if, it's ok, so it's a minor problem.

If anyone has the same, please let us know...
