Public bug reported:
1) use Epiphany with RSS extension enabled.
2) Browse several pages with RSS feeds without closing Epiphany
3) Try to subscribe to one RSS feed : all RSS feeds for your current
session are displayed, even if the tabs were closed long ago. In fact,
the RSS icon is displayed even if no feeds are present on the current
page.
4) To empty this list, close epiphany and restart it.
