When I log in to Ubuntu, I'm greeted with a message saying that my
battery may be broken.  (Something like "Because your battery's capacity
is only 44%, it may be old or broken.").  In fact, my battery is old and
does not have the capacity it used to.  Pointing this out explicitly,
however, serves little purpose (since I can already tell that my battery
life sucks) and sounds like a slight against my computer.  I'd remove
the message.
