Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When copying the date or time to the clipboard it is straight american-style. 
Example: I have set the locale to de-de, thus my date and time displayed are 
Fr, 18. Jul 2008, 20:30
Clicking on the clock context and chosing copy time / date gives me
time: 20:30 OK
date: Freitag, Juli 18 2008 - WRONG this is German month name but American 
writing order.

I also would like to have a possibility to copy Date AND time at once,
preferably in the ISO_8601 - Format w. Timezone-Offset i.e.
"2008-07-18T20:30+2 (CET DST)"

Auhors of the "Clock 2.22.2" in "Info" are George Lebl and Gediminas
Paulauskas - at least the latter is active here on lp...
