Thx for your answer Sebastien after reading your message i edited my /etc/default/apport file, where enabled was 0. So i edit it to 1 then i run /etc/init.d/apport start and make evince crash again... but after the crash, the /var/crasj directory is still empty, and there was no detection of the crash by apport :(
